Broaderband
CONCEPTING / ART DIRECTION / COPY
This Viasat campaign was meant for technology and regulatory leaders, media, and financial investors, analysts and venture capitalists. It needed to drive awareness for how and why satellite connectivity is needed, explain that satellite is a broadband solution, explain why satellite needs 28 GHz spectrum, and communicate that Viasat is a leader in broadband communications.

My concept was Broaderband: Our technology can reach more people, in more places; bring more opportunity, to unlock more potential. That's the advantage of satellite internet — and we're pushing those capabilities farther than anyone else for a greater impact on more of the world.
The design approach combined the technology with its human impact: Signals and broad frequency spectrum are at the heart of Viasat's technology, and the impact on human lives is at the heart of Broaderband. My visual design was a union of the two.
