As Vice President of The One Club for Creativity San Diego, I've been responsible for all the creative for the organization (among other things). This has included social media posts and campaigns for events and other initiatives. I've worked on everything from concept and copy through to design, illustration, and production.
Homegrown Success
For this panel discussion on sports marketing in San Diego, I included the sports that the panelists worked with (soccer, baseball, athletics, lacrosse and surfing) and created a distinctive look-and-feel that reflected San Diego. Since the talk was about sports brands building loyalty through local connections, I included visuals of San Diego Padres fans inside the silhouette of a soccer player and tied things together with connecting lines and a central heart. The dark brown and tan colors reflected the most popular team in San Diego, and the teal brought together our organization's brand with the color of San Diego's distinctive sea and sky.
Social Media Marketing for Various Events
For all the examples below, I came up with the concept, headline, and created the visuals. Each event needed to have a disctinctive look-and-feel, but I used consistent typography to tie the brand together.
Membership Campaign
We needed social media posts and a membership campaign to drive people towards membership. I created physical flyers we used at our events, as well as a social media campaign where I animated visuals to have the stopping power to get the audience's attention.
