Uplifting the Journey
CONCEPTING / CREATIVE LEAD / ART DIRECTION
The goals of this integrated marketing campaign were to create brand awareness and increase sales for Viasat's commercial and business aviation markets. I came up with the winning visual concept and big idea. I was inspired by the sense of freedom Viasat's in-flight connectivity brings to passengers and crew, allowing them to "bring their worlds with them" while flying, and transporting them mentally and emotionally as they're being transported physically.
A fresh visual approach and color palette elevated the concept above competitors' marketing, all of which looked very similar.
The campaign rolled out with print and digital ads, social media, videos, booth graphics, and collateral, and was successful at increasing brand recognition and favorability, a record number of show attendees, and ultimately a significant increase in passenger engagement.
